The Ache consultant take charge of the complex paperwork, medical case conferencing, return to work planning, all communications and integrate a dedicated and experienced allied health injury manager to look after your employees recovery.

  • Workplace Office Ergonomics

    The work environment can significantly impact health and wellbeing. A team member’s workstation set up is important, whether that be in the office or even working from home. Poor ergonomics results in aches, pains and musculoskeletal disorders.

    An ergonomic assessment provides individuals with the right information regarding risk factors, what an appropriate set up entails, the benefits of regular postural breaks, and can provide practical and cost-effective recommendations on alternative equipment to enhance positioning. These assessments keep your team happy and minimise the risk of significant injuries or claims.

    Ergonomic Assessments can be completed either in person or remotely to ensure all your team members can access support no matter where they are working.

  • Early Injury Intervention Program

    Our Rapid Response Program provides urgent support when an injury occurs, ensuring the team member has immediate support and guidance to promote best practice recovery at work.

  • Functional Capacity Assessments

    Our Functional Capacity Assessment provide a comprehensive understanding of an individual’s current physical capabilities. The assessment requires the individual to undertake a series of tailored activities and tests to provide a measure of their functional and physical ability. This data and information can be used to assess their ability to perform job-specific tasks following a workplace injury, illness or accident. Ache Group can provide national coverage.

  • Hydrotherapy

    Our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists recognise that some individuals, depending on injury, overall health, and wellbeing, may benefit from a guided hydrotherapy program before they engage physiotherapy or functional strengthening programs. This may provide more appropriate activity to commence an individual’s recovery journey. Our clinically trained staff will provide support and advise to ensure suitability and appropriate progression to an activity-based program, to further empower an individual on their path to independence.

  • Exercise Physiology Services

    Our team of dedicated Exercise Physiologists are here to support and guide your recovery journey through their in depth understanding of physiology and how best to support your rehabilitation following an injury. They can assist by prescribing exercise based/functional programs to assist you with injury recovery or general health, exercise programs and wellness. Our Exercise Physiologists develop and carry out exercise programs for rehabilitation management and prevention of injuries, whilst also supporting those with chronic diseases. Our goal is to have you moving and managing independently, with an improved quality of wellbeing and overall lifestyle.
